I am breastfeeding and my doctor recommended I get back on prenatal vitamins to keep myself healthier for my son. These have iron and I am glad because I usually have lower numbers in that department. I loath taking pills, but these are easy to take and don't leave a gross taste. I am not pregnant so I couldn't tell you if that would change my view as far as taste and my swallow ability. The packaging is not childproof do just be sure to keep them out of reach.
